CACTI 1.2.23 - PLUGIN MACTRACK - NO MAC OR IP ON SWITCH HPE

Hi everybody,
I have a problem adding my switch HPE OfficeConnect 1820 24G (J9983A) to mactrack plugin.

I have configured as following image but even though the device is online, Mactrack detects only the ports but no MAC addresses or IP addresses. My switch is configured with several VLANs untagged on the ports and tagged on the backbone. I was hoping that Mactrack would manage to detect at least the MAC addresses that transit through the trunk (port with tagged VLANs).

My SITE has only one device (the online HPE switch) maybe I need a specific "MAC address Scanning Function" and "IP Address Scanning Function for the HPE switch? If it is, how can I create it?
